I want you to know that I’m passionate about helping women much like I used to be, who have accomplished so much, but when it comes to their own body and mind, they still struggle with extra weight, stress, and overwhelm.
These powerful women are tired of dieting and generally obsessing about their weight and bodies all the time. They wonder if it’s possible to thrive at their natural weight, feel better, and truly just be free to live.
What I’ve found is that as women we all face so many demands and juggle all the things in our modern day. With each season, different areas call for more attention than others, and the word “balance” we might as well throw out the window. As go- getters in our relationships, at work, with our families, we take care of so much and so many that for many women, taking care of themselves seems a far-off dream or a distant memory.
Then guilt sets in because for these high-achieving women, there are so many things they’ve wanted and then accomplished, yet they still can’t seem to succeed at losing the weight they desire or gaining a sense of calm and poise in their lives. So even very successful women feel like failures for not being able to do it all and wonder if this is all that there ever will be to life.
But it doesn't have to be that way. There is
Taking care of ourselves should not be a luxury but a priority.
Because no matter what season we are experiencing, we are the common denominator
that still has to show up for them all.
When we feel run down by our tired and heavy bodies, stress and overwhelm, and don’t feel joy in our lives, then everything and everyone around us suffers as well.
This is why giving ourselves the proper care is not selfish, but the most responsible thing we can do. You being and feeling confident, energized, light and free allows everyone to benefit. Thriving at a naturally slim weight and having the tools to handle what life brings your way allows you to truly live your life to the fullest and with pleasure.
The best version of you can absolutely have less weight, less overwhelm, and more pleasure. You can live a life by your design.

I am passionate about helping women much like I used to be, who struggle with extra weight that they can’t keep off for good as well as stress and not feeling good enough. They feel guilty because when they look in the mirror they don’t love their life and wonder if this is all there is. I teach them to lose their physical and mental weights, while curating more joy and pleasure, so they are energized and free to live their lives.
Picture feeling at ease in your body (your naturally thin version), less stressed, and anxious, and knowing how to handle the ups and downs of life with poise and confidence.
Imagine having this calm and poise reflect in your physical body as well- in how you look and feel.

HERE's THE THING
I believe that there is anywhere.
I believe that there are so many layers that make up the that you are.
I believe that to do life, motherhood, work, and self-care on your terms, in your own unique way.
So why are you always trying to fit yourself into a box?
Why is it that even though you desperately long to create a life that truly feels like yours, you find yourself constantly living other people’s lives? Helping them, pleasing them, smoothing things over for them?
I’ve been there, and I want you to know it’s not your fault. There is nothing wrong with you. Nothing.
We’ve been sold this one-size-fits all checklist solution to happiness. We’ve been told that if we just have the right body, the right relationship, the well-behaved kids, the beautiful home, the cute puppy, or the Chanel purse, then we’ll be fulfilled. We’ll have made it.
Yet, this leaves us constantly asking the quiet question, “Is this all there is?”
We wonder why we don’t feel “good enough.” And then we feel guilty. And then we tell ourselves:
“I should be more grateful.”
“I should be so happy.”
“I should spend more time with my kids.”
“I should, I should, I should...”
Getting the things we thought we wanted didn’t get rid of our self-doubt.
And now we feel we’re somehow wrong for that.
That's where JE NE SAIS QUOI Approach comes in.
I struggled for so long and was so tired of feeling this way myself.
Before I had my daughter (what a powerful motivator for learning how to live well!), I devoted my life to putting an end to this cycle, to finally being at peace with myself and my body, and losing all the weight I had carried around off and on for years.
I absolutely love people and naturally gravitated towards a career in sales as a way to connect with people and help them with their needs. The only problem was that whenever I experienced stress or anxiety, I didn’t know what to do or how to deal with it, and I turned to food to cope.
Food became my “good girl drug” that helped me manage my stress and just relax and feel good at the end of the day. But then the pounds piled on, and my stress expanded to include constant thinking about my weight and how I felt. Thus began the cycle of dieting and failing, obsessing about the number on the scale, and becoming punishingly excessive with exercise to try to keep it all under control.
I did enjoy getting away from it all by traveling. I’m originally from Poland, so my background along with a love for all things French led me to Europe. What I observed there, most importantly in Paris, was the je ne sais quoi approach the French women had towards how they lived their lives.
I noticed that they paid great attention to the way they cared for themselves. They enjoyed taking the time to prepare and eat delicious food, took good care of their skin, and dressed in ways that really fit their unique sense of style and body type.
I also noticed that, in all respects, quality was preferred over quantity — a small piece of dark chocolate with excellent wine, skin care that was simple and precise, a few curated wardrobe pieces that would stand the test of time. Not only that, but I saw that what we might call their “flaws”, they revel in as their own special signature.
Determined to bring this way of being home, I began an extensive study of the human mind, habits, emotional eating, our food sources, as well as the obsession with dieting in this country that has the largest overweight population.
This self-study led me to seek coaching which helped me put all of my knowledge into practice….and yes, the results came! I learned how to handle stress, instead of eating my way through it. I actually learned how to be less stressed. I learned who I wanted to be and how to prioritize that without guilt. I learned how to feel good in and about my body.
And so I went on to learn on how to share these effective tools with you and guide you as your coach. The tools that coaching provides are like no other as you are guided through a true transformation that changes your brain.
You can feel empowered, energized, and excited to wake up each day.
You’ll become aware of unconscious patterns that you think are “just the way things are”, learn what really causes your mind to be agitated, and, best of all, what to do about it.
You’ll learn how to think on purpose and have your mind work for you instead of against you.
You’ll be able to actually put into action all the things you really wish you could do… like say no to things without feeling like you’re missing out, or prioritize yourself and some much needed alone time, or enjoy a delicious meal without guilt.

You can have all of those things without ditching your job and moving to Paris (although Paris is fabulous and I do recommend you visiting it, if you haven’t done so)!
So here I am… living a life that feels good from the inside out. I’ve been at my natural weight for over four years now. My mind and soul are the most important tools that I have learned to take care of and use on purpose to curate a life that’s filled with more peace, joy, and love for who and where I am. Thinking on purpose allows me to naturally follow the path that’s been uniquely set out for me.
Which is why I’m here now… I love getting to know women like you and helping them on their individual path. What I find is that we all share a lot of common feelings and thoughts that affect our lives in predictable ways. I’m so thrilled to get to share what has helped me and the tools that I have received and learned.
